We take immense pride in guaranteeing that 100% of our products are strictly hand-stitched by skilled artisans in Vietnam. We do not use industrial embroidery machines or digital printing. Every single leaf, flower petal, and letter is crafted stitch-by-stitch with premium threads and fabrics. Because of this authentic human touch, no two pieces are identical—your item will be a genuinely unique work of art with a texture and durability that machines simply cannot replicate.

• For Standard Items (Non-customized): If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Because personalized items (such as those with custom names or tailored designs) are custom-made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for them due to a change of mind.

However, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work. If your personalized order arrives damaged during transit, contains a spelling mistake made by our team, or does not match the final design we agreed upon, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will gladly craft and ship a brand-new replacement to you completely free of charge, or issue a full refund.

Our hand-embroidered journals are primarily available in two standard, travel-friendly sizes: A5 (perfect for detailed journaling and sketching) and A6 (ideal for daily notes and carrying on the go).

We understand that the inside of a journal matters just as much as the cover. That is why we use ultra-premium, high-density paper. The pages feature a beautifully smooth texture that is fountain pen friendly and rigorously tested to ensure zero bleeding or ghosting, even when using heavy gel pens, ink, or light watercolors. The lay-flat binding also ensures the notebook opens completely flat at 180° for an effortless writing experience.

Because every single item at Stitchery Zone is meticulously handcrafted by our artisans, your order goes through a dedicated two-step timeline before reaching your doorstep:

• Processing Time (5 to 7 business days): This is the time required for our artisans to carefully hand-stitch your custom designs, personalize your items, and inspect each detail to ensure it meets our premium quality standards.
• International Shipping (9 to 15 business days): Once your package is beautifully wrapped and ready, it is shipped internationally with reliable carriers.

In total, you can expect your unique, custom creation to arrive within approximately 2 to 3 weeks from your purchase date.
