I saw this design on the Stitchery Zone website and fell in love. I wanted this design on the Doctor bag and Tracy asked her artisan “ Hoa”. This is my first silk ribbon embroidered bag. This is a custom design that I wanted duplicated in embroidery. Miên was the aristian that created this for me. This was made in the memory of the late Dr. Jane Goodall. She is known for her dedication to Life with the Chimpanzees. Her famous quote “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make”. ❤️

I found this design and thought how unique depicting the famous 1930 oil painting by the American Regionalist artist Grant Wood, depicting a Midwestern farmer and his daughter standing in front of their Carpenter Gothic style home. It is one of the most famous American paintings of the 20th century and is frequently referenced in popular culture. I asked Tracy if one her aristian can recreate this design in the frog design. Magic was made by aristian “Miên”. One of my favorite cherished tote bag. Love to Miên for her talented hands. ❤️

When the shoes arrived I was absolutely amazed at the attention to detail and how much care went into the stitching. I also wanted to give a huge shout out to the artist because they happened to be out of my daughter's sized shoe and they contacted me letting me know they were waiting for a back order and I said it was for her birthday and asked if there was any way it could be done by then and they offered me a half size up and had it here a week ahead of time and I am so thankful for the service that I received from this company!

While the shoes and embroidery are great, I did not get the personalization I wanted. I had a bit of difficulty with my personalization request dropping off as I tried to place the order. I thought I had it as I wanted, but apparently it didnt make it through the ordering process. When I contacted customer service, they did not offer any help/ suggestions for getting my shoes as I wanted them. Going some place local to get the shoes personalized.

After three weeks of not receiving the shoes I ordered, I was concerned that perhaps this was not a legitimate company. I have received the shoes and I’m very happy with the quality. However, I think it’s very important to state for anyone that purchases your products, that there is a delayed time since they come from Vietnam.

3. Are Stitchery Zone products printed, machine-embroidered, or handmade?
We take immense pride in guaranteeing that 100% of our products are strictly hand-stitched by skilled artisans in Vietnam. We do not use industrial embroidery machines or digital printing. Every single leaf, flower petal, and letter is crafted stitch-by-stitch with premium threads and fabrics. Because of this authentic human touch, no two pieces are identical—your item will be a genuinely unique work of art with a texture and durability that machines simply cannot replicate.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
- For Standard Items (Non-customized): If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Can customized or personalized items be returned?
Because personalized items (such as those with custom names or tailored designs) are custom-made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for them due to a change of mind.
However, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work. If your personalized order arrives damaged during transit, contains a spelling mistake made by our team, or does not match the final design we agreed upon, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will gladly craft and ship a brand-new replacement to you completely free of charge, or issue a full refund.

Our hand-embroidered journals are primarily available in two standard, travel-friendly sizes: A5 (perfect for detailed journaling and sketching) and A6 (ideal for daily notes and carrying on the go).
We understand that the inside of a journal matters just as much as the cover. That is why we use ultra-premium, high-density paper. The pages feature a beautifully smooth texture that is fountain pen friendly and rigorously tested to ensure zero bleeding or ghosting, even when using heavy gel pens, ink, or light watercolors. The lay-flat binding also ensures the notebook opens completely flat at 180° for an effortless writing experience.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?

- International Shipping (9 to 15 business days): Once your package is beautifully wrapped and ready, it is shipped internationally with reliable carriers.
In total, you can expect your unique, custom creation to arrive within approximately 2 to 3 weeks from your purchase date.
