    b) Delivery method and time frame for goods or services;
    c) Total contract value and details related to the chosen payment method.

This information can be stored, printed on the customer’s system, and displayed for later reference.

  • Displaying information about how to accept or decline the payment agreement proposal and the time frame for responding via confirmation by hotline.

  • Allowing customers, after reviewing the above information, to either cancel the transaction or confirm the agreement proposal through the website or hotline.

General Transaction Conditions
STITCHERY ZONE provides a mechanism for customers to read and separately express agreement with the general transaction conditions before submitting a payment agreement request. These conditions include:

  • Return policy, including return deadlines, methods of returning or exchanging purchased goods, refund procedures, and return costs (publicly posted on the website);

  • Service standards, service delivery procedures, fee schedules, and other related terms, including applicable conditions or restrictions (if any) (publicly posted on the website);

  • Obligations of the seller and the customer in each transaction (publicly posted on the website).

STITCHERY ZONE has established a mechanism enabling customers to review and confirm payment transaction details before completing payment.

STITCHERY ZONE ensures the safety and confidentiality of customer payment transactions, handles complaints, and compensates damages in case customer payment information on the website is altered, deleted, canceled, copied, disclosed, illegally transferred, or appropriated, causing loss to customers.


Payment Methods

Customers can pay for their purchases at STITCHERY ZONE using the following method:

Cash on Delivery (COD):
When delivery staff hand over the goods, customers receive the goods and pay directly to the delivery staff based on the invoice value. This includes product costs and applicable shipping fees.
