PRODUCT INSPECTION POLICY

To maximize customer rights when experiencing STITCHERY ZONE’s services, we provide a policy that allows customers to inspect and check their goods together with the delivery staff upon receipt. This means that when you receive your package/carton from the delivery personnel, you are permitted to open it to check the product’s external condition before making payment/accepting the delivery.

After receiving the goods, you are encouraged to record a video of the unboxing process and provide immediate feedback to us. We will then proceed with necessary support, including product exchange if required.

In cases of unexpected issues arising from the customer’s side, STITCHERY ZONE will flexibly support resolution in situations such as:

  • Incorrect delivery address

  • Requesting a rescheduled delivery time

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, traffic accidents, etc.)

STITCHERY ZONE will always support and ensure the customer’s rights.

Detailed Policy Content

  • Customers are only allowed to check the external condition of the product:

    • Is the product as ordered?

    • Do the quantity and color match the description?

    • Is the product damaged or broken during transportation?
      Inspection does not include breaking the product’s individual seals, tampering with labels, packaging, or testing the product.

  • If the delivery staff requires you to sign a co-inspection confirmation form (acknowledging that you have checked and received the products), you should use all the rights under STITCHERY ZONE’s co-inspection policy before signing.

  • If during co-inspection you find that the product is incorrect or damaged, you have the right to refuse receipt.

  • Before making payment/accepting the goods, customers should inspect the external seals on the cartons/packages.

  • If the carton/package shows signs of being torn, broken, or tampered with, customers have the right to refuse receipt. Alternatively, you may request the delivery staff to open the carton for product inspection. If the contents match your order, you may proceed with acceptance. However, in certain cases, it is best to refuse the package if it shows prior damage or tampering, as the goods may have been swapped with lower-quality items.
