PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

Product warranty refers to the remedy of defects, malfunctions, or technical issues caused by the manufacturer’s fault.

Warranty Conditions

Products are eligible for free warranty service if they meet the following conditions:

a. The product is still within the warranty period (calculated from the date the customer receives the product).
b. The customer provides the original sales invoice from STITCHERY ZONE, along with the warranty card and warranty seal as required.

Warranty Center

STITCHERY ZONE accepts warranty requests from customers as follows:

  • Customers report defective products (if possible) through STITCHERY ZONE’s system.

  • We will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, or replacing the product.

  • Once the warranty service is completed, STITCHERY ZONE will notify the customer on the website Stitcheryzone.com or via the communication channels previously agreed upon.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

Warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • The product is no longer within the warranty period.

  • The warranty card is incomplete, or the product information does not match the information on the warranty card.

  • The sales invoice is missing or unreadable, making product information unverifiable.

  • The warranty card or warranty seal is missing; the seal is overlapped, or its content has been altered (including the original warranty seal).
