They are hand-made and take time. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.
Your purchased item normally will arrive in 2-3 weeks after successfully placing orders.
Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Care Instructions
Embroidery is a delicate art form that requires special attention to maintain its beauty and durability. The care instructions for embroidery depend on the type of embroidery, the fabric, and the thread used.
- Wash your embroidery items with a mild detergent and cold or lukewarm water. Avoid bleach, hot water, and harsh chemicals that may damage the embroidery or cause color bleeding.
- Hand wash your embroidery items gently and do not rub, wring, or twist them. If you use a washing machine, use a delicate cycle and place your items in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase to protect them from snagging or tangling.
- Rinse your embroidery items thoroughly and squeeze out excess water. Do not wring or twist them. Lay them flat on a towel and roll them up to absorb more water. Then, unroll them and lay them flat to air dry. Do not use a dryer, as it may shrink or damage the embroidery.
- Iron your embroidery items on the reverse side or between two pieces of cloth. Use a low to medium heat setting and avoid steam. Do not iron directly on the embroidery, as it may flatten or melt the thread.

This is a great apron! The stitching is lovely and they got my custom sentence perfect. The straps were a little big and ended up cutting them off to let me tie them behind my neck instead of going over my shoulders. The material is also pretty thin and not very absorbent but it'll do the job of keeping things off your clothes when you cook. Definitely recommend!

Apron is super cute!! I got it in maroon and it looks so good! The apron is well made and the embroidery is so pretty. Shipping took some time (makes sense, seeing as it was being shipped half way across the world), but actually arrived a few days before it said it would. It came with a free cute little crocheted sunflower key chain charm :) My only complaint is that the straps are a bit long and I will likely need to sew them to be shorter. As a 5'4" woman, which is the average American women's height, they are too long on me.
