When the shoes arrived I was absolutely amazed

When the shoes arrived I was absolutely amazed at the attention to detail and how much care went into the stitching. I also wanted to give a huge shout out to the artist because they happened to be out of my daughter's sized shoe and they contacted me letting me know they were waiting for a back order and I said it was for her birthday and asked if there was any way it could be done by then and they offered me a half size up and had it here a week ahead of time and I am so thankful for the service that I received from this company!

Shoes are great, ordering process extremely difficult when requesting personalization

While the shoes and embroidery are great, I did not get the personalization I wanted. I had a bit of difficulty with my personalization request dropping off as I tried to place the order. I thought I had it as I wanted, but apparently it didnt make it through the ordering process. When I contacted customer service, they did not offer any help/ suggestions for getting my shoes as I wanted them. Going some place local to get the shoes personalized.

After three weeks of not receiving the shoes I ordered

After three weeks of not receiving the shoes I ordered, I was concerned that perhaps this was not a legitimate company. I have received the shoes and I’m very happy with the quality. However, I think it’s very important to state for anyone that purchases your products, that there is a delayed time since they come from Vietnam.
