Do you offer free personalization?
Yes — personalization is completely free, no extra cost. You can add a name, initials, date, or short message to your bag. Just leave your personalization details in the Order Notes at checkout and our artisans will embroider it by hand for you. ♥
How long does it take to make my bag?
Each bag is handmade to order. Production takes 7–10 business days before we ship. If you have a specific deadline — a wedding date, birthday, or event — message us and we’ll do our best to prioritise your order.
How long does shipping take?
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 9–11 business days
- UK: 7–9 business days
- EU & Australia: 10–20 business days
Are there any tariffs or import taxes?
We ship directly from Vietnam and our packages are classified as handmade artisan goods. Most orders to the USA, UK, and EU do not incur additional tariffs or import taxes. In the rare case that customs charges apply, we will do our best to assist you.
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns — no questions asked. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Can I choose a different velvet color?
Yes! Every bag is available in Black, Green, Blue, Burgundy, and As Photo. Select your color when adding to cart. The embroidery motif stays the same — only the velvet background changes. Not sure which suits you? Message us a photo of your outfit and we’ll suggest one.
What embroidery technique is used?
Our bags feature silk ribbon embroidery — a dimensional handcraft where real satin ribbon is folded and stitched to create raised, sculptural flowers. Every bloom is made by hand, one stitch at a time. No machines. No prints. No shortcuts.
Is this suitable for everyday use?
These are designed as statement evening bags — ideal for weddings, dinner parties, date nights, and special events. The velvet and embroidery are delicate, so we recommend keeping them away from water and avoiding heavy daily use.
Will my bag look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but not identical — and that’s the beauty of it. Small natural variations in petal placement and ribbon folds are the mark of genuine handcraft. Same motif, same palette — but your bag will be uniquely yours.

I saw this design on the Stitchery Zone website and fell in love. I wanted this design on the Doctor bag and Tracy asked her artisan “ Hoa”. This is my first silk ribbon embroidered bag. This bag looks like it came from a luxury boutique store in Paris France. Fantastic workmanship! ❤️ I cannot wait to receive it this week!
This is a custom design that I wanted duplicated in embroidery. Miên was the aristian that created this for me. This was made in the memory of the late Dr. Jane Goodall. She is known for her dedication to Life with the Chimpanzees. Her famous quote “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make”. ❤️
I found this design and thought how unique depicting the famous 1930 oil painting by the American Regionalist artist Grant Wood, depicting a Midwestern farmer and his daughter standing in front of their Carpenter Gothic style home. It is one of the most famous American paintings of the 20th century and is frequently referenced in popular culture. I asked Tracy if one her aristian can recreate this design in the frog design. Magic was made by aristian “Miên”. One of my favorite cherished tote bag. Love to Miên for her talented hands. ❤️

The artistian’s name is LOAN. This is the first bag of its kind that she took the time and created it for me. The blue and white colors represent my heritage, which is Greek. When the shoes arrived I was absolutely amazed at the attention to detail and how much care went into the stitching. I also wanted to give a huge shout out to the artist because they happened to be out of my daughter's sized shoe and they contacted me letting me know they were waiting for a back order and I said it was for her birthday and asked if there was any way it could be done by then and they offered me a half size up and had it here a week ahead of time and I am so thankful for the service that I received from this company!

While the shoes and embroidery are great, I did not get the personalization I wanted. I had a bit of difficulty with my personalization request dropping off as I tried to place the order. I thought I had it as I wanted, but apparently it didnt make it through the ordering process. When I contacted customer service, they did not offer any help/ suggestions for getting my shoes as I wanted them. Going some place local to get the shoes personalized.

After three weeks of not receiving the shoes I ordered, I was concerned that perhaps this was not a legitimate company. I have received the shoes and I’m very happy with the quality. However, I think it’s very important to state for anyone that purchases your products, that there is a delayed time since they come from Vietnam.
